Tehnika 33 is one of the first A-energy class apartment buildings in Estonia, completed in 2015. Its energy efficiency ensures up to 90% lower heating costs compared to the Estonian average.
The 5-storey building’s exterior walls and floors are made of reinforced concrete panels and are well insulated, which ensures excellent sound insulation from both external and internal noise. The exterior walls retain heat even during the coldest winter months.
The building has only 23 apartments and an active apartment association. The association has no outstanding loans.
