THE HOUSE

The apartment is located in the Avangard house, which has a distinguished history and was completely and luxuriously restored in 2019. The house has a large selection of lofts and small apartments with high ceilings.

The house has a private gym for all to use, a laundry room with three washing machines and three dryers, as well as a terrace for common use on the 6th floor where you can sunbathe or just sit.

The staircases are well maintained and clean. The building has an elevator for easy access and a shared indoor bike room on the 0 floor.

A CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM AND A SHARED OFFICE

The open-plan apartment on the first floor is both cosy and spacious.

The bedroom is separated by a stylish glass wall. The apartment was originally a 2-bedroom but has been converted into a large studio apartment. The laundry room and toilet are shared.

The combination of dark, light and wood used throughout creates a modern, yet warm and homely feel. The cosiness is added by the use of colourful furniture. The apartment is spacious, courtyard facing and very quiet.

FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

The apartment is furnished. It is furnished with all the necessary furniture, cutlery and, if necessary, bed linen and towels. There is an iron. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a 2-burner induction stove, an extractor fan, an Electrolux dishwasher, a Delonghi coffee machine and a kettle. The living room has a TV, sofa and a table with chairs.

HEATING AND UTILITIES

The apartment building is centrally heated. The house has reasonable utility bills – around €100 in summer and up to €140-150 in winter.

PARKING

FINANCING

The apartment building is logistically ideally located – just a short walk to the heart of the city. The tram stop called Tallinn University is in front of the building and the bus stop called F.R Kreutzwaldi is 100m away, from where you can easily get to the city centre as well as to Pirita/Kadrioru/Lasnamäe.

The nearest grocery store is Selver 100m away. Within a short walking distance you will also find Viru Centre, Kaubamaja, Coca-Cola Plaza and Tallinn Old Town with all its dining and entertainment venues.

Tallinn University is located across the street, so the apartment is also ideal for a student.
