THE BUILDING

The building has an active and reliable housing association. The staircases are clean, the yard is well-kept and the neighbours are calm and polite.

The outside door is locked and there is a padlock.

There is an enclosed courtyard at the back of the house, fenced.

PLANNING The apartment on the first floor

has an open-plan layout and is cosy, light and bright. The bedroom window faces south, while the living room and kitchen face north. The floor is covered with laminate parquet.

Ceramic tiles are used on the bathroom and toilet floors and walls.

The house has an active and smartly managed association and reasonable utility costs – around €50-70 in summer and €120-160 in winter.
