LAYOUT AND INTERIOR DESIGN

The 47.1 m² ground floor apartment is well laid out and beautifully decorated, with the homeowner’s comfort in mind. The apartment is characterised by abundant light and attention to detail.

The apartment consists of: living room, open kitchen, hall, bathroom and bedroom. The open-plan kitchen-living room windows open in two directions, giving the apartment more light and space. A balcony of 3.4 m2 is added to the total surface area of the apartment.

The interior of the apartment is decorated with high quality materials and cosy warm colours, all inspired by the Kassisaba atmosphere. The brightness is brought by the light oak parquet flooring and the contrast of the walnut wood surfaces and elegant black details. Interior architect Lilia Kristianson’s aim was to create modern and beautiful basic interiors where people feel comfortable and where every family can create a home with their own personality.
