Designed by the renowned firm PIN Architects, the Tiskreoja residential area will see the construction of modern and energy-efficient houses in 2023. Privacy is ensured by an extra layer of sound insulation and the layout of the buildings so that you rarely meet neighbours.

The interior design of the buildings has been created by Kersti Nigols and Kariina Kaufmann from the interior design firm Ruutu 6.
