BUILDING

LAEV is a modern, nine-storey, smart and energy-efficient building with the highest energy class achievable in glass-fronted buildings. It is the first residential building to use geothermal heating and cooling technology on this scale.

Energy tunnels have been drilled under the building and all energy is stored and recycled in the ground beneath the building. The heat is stored in summer and reused in winter. This not only provides cheaper heating, but also free cooling, which is more economical than carrier cooling. The energy efficiency is supported by a 6.3 cm thick 3-layered glass façade, which provides sound insulation and thermal insulation.

Architecturally, the exterior façade features exciting sea-wave louvres around the windows. As well as adding dynamism to the building, the louvres also have a practical function – they act as a sunshade without obstructing the view and save up to 20% on cooling costs. LAEV is the perfect home for homeowners looking for design, quality and naturalness.

PLANNING, INTERIOR DESIGN AND FURNISHINGS.

The office space on the third floor (264.6 m²) comprises a spacious office, a meeting room with glass walls, two spacious workrooms, a hall, a kitchen and 2 toilets.

The office space has been designed in classic neutral tones, leaving a clean and modern overall impression. Dark kitchen and wardrobe furniture add contrast. High-end, high-quality technology and other furnishings are used. There is office furniture and a sofa.

There is a large table in the boardroom, which can also be converted into a pool table if desired. The new modern kitchen has an integrated Boch coffee machine and oven. There is also a dishwasher, a wine cabinet, a fridge and a sink with a lid. The living room has a large built-in wardrobe.

The entire perimeter of the building, entrances, car parks, lifts and many other areas are also equipped with camera surveillance, ensuring complete security.

The LAEV building is the first in the world to use Cleveron digital mail/parcel machines. When you receive a parcel ordered from an e-shop by simple letter or courier, you will receive a notification of the arrival of the parcel on your smart device, and when you get home, you can conveniently pick it up from the parcel machine with the corresponding app.

HEATING, VENTILATION AND COOLING

The heating of the energy label B building is based on underfloor heating. This energy-efficient surface is also equipped with cooling and thermally controlled ventilation.

PARKING

There is one parking space for 3 cars under the building and one parking space in the underground garage.
