THE BUILDING
Built in 1949, the three-storey residential building on Luha Street is just the right size for residents to have privacy, but also to know one another by name. With a new roof, balconies and a cheerful colour scheme, the wooden house has just 12 apartments.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND LAYOUT
-The apartment of 34.9 m² on the -1 floor comprises a kitchen/living room/bedroom, a bathroom with sauna and a hall.
The interior design conveys a rustic romantic feel. Neutral colours have been used, creating a calm and relaxing space that manages to be stylish on the one hand and warm and inviting on the other. The floors are covered with stone tiles. The bathroom has ceramic tiled floors and walls.

LOCATION
The well-established residential area of Uue Maailma is known for its enthusiastic residents. Everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle is at your fingertips, so that you can spend precious time just for you and your family. Nearby bus and tram stops provide quick access to the city centre or further afield. You can walk or cycle to the city centre in less than 5 minutes.
There are several schools and kindergartens nearby, such as Tallinn Ühisgümnaasium and Planeedi Mudila kindergarten, which are just a few hundred metres from the front door.
The neighbourhood is also known for its strong community. On Koidu Street, the neighbourhood’s favourite meeting place is the Kohalik café, and every September the district’s people come together for the Uue Maailma street festival. Nearby acquaintances can also be found at the legendary Girls’ Butcher.
