Description

Cosy, yet spacious 3-room city centre apartment!

The apartment is located where modern architecture meets dignified historicism, clever design and convenient functionality. The apartment building is located in the Uus-Maailma district and is logistically ideally situated – just a short walk from the heart of the city, close to public transport and easy access from the surrounding streets.

THE BUILDING

The 4-storey residential building at Videviku 13 was built in 1958.

The building was completely renovated in 2003 with the addition of a fourth floor, a new roof and new rainwater systems, renovation of the façade and staircase, and upgrading of the heating system, electrical wiring and water and sewerage systems.

The staircases are clean and the front door is locked. There is a padlock.

The house also has a fenced courtyard where the younger members of the family can play.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND LAYOUT

The 63 m² apartment on the 2nd floor comprises a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hall. The larger bedroom also has a French balcony.

The apartment is spacious and bright. Neutral colours have been used, creating a calm and relaxing space that can be stylish on the one hand, and warm and inviting on the other.
The floors in the living room and bedrooms are covered with natural parquet. In the living room and kitchen, the floor is tiled with stone tiles. The bathroom has ceramic tiles on the floors and walls.

EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE

The apartment is rented furnished. It has all the necessary furniture, lighting and equipment. All the items in the apartment are well kept.

The functional kitchen furniture has ample worktop space and integrated high quality kitchen appliances. In addition, there is a Samsung microwave.

In the living room there is a Samsung TV.

In the bathroom, there is a washing machine in addition to the existing sanitary ware and bathroom furniture.

In the bedrooms there are integrated spacious wardrobes.

HEATING AND UTILITIES

There is an active housing association and reasonable utility costs – up to €150 in summer and €250 in winter. All costs are included. The heating of the apartment building is based on gas heating. Each apartment has its own gas boiler.

Heating costs are based on consumption.

PARKING

Parking in the surrounding streets with a resident parking card for 120€/year.
