THE BUILDING
The 4-storey residential building at Videviku 13 was built in 1958.
The building was completely renovated in 2003 with the addition of a fourth floor, a new roof and new rainwater systems, renovation of the façade and staircase, and upgrading of the heating system, electrical wiring and water and sewerage systems.
The staircases are clean and the front door is locked. There is a padlock.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND LAYOUT
The 63 m² apartment on the 2nd floor comprises a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hall. The larger bedroom also has a French balcony.
The apartment is spacious and bright. Neutral colours have been used, creating a calm and relaxing space that can be stylish on the one hand, and warm and inviting on the other.
The floors in the living room and bedrooms are covered with natural parquet. In the living room and kitchen, the floor is tiled with stone tiles. The bathroom has ceramic tiles on the floors and walls.

HEATING AND UTILITIES
There is an active housing association and reasonable utility costs – up to €150 in summer and €250 in winter. All costs are included. The heating of the apartment building is based on gas heating. Each apartment has its own gas boiler.

PARKING
Parking in the surrounding streets with a resident parking card for 120€/year.
LOCATION
The New World is an established residential area known for its enthusiastic residents. Everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle is at your fingertips, so that you can spend precious time just for you and your family. Nearby bus and tram stops provide quick access to the city centre or further afield. You can walk or cycle to the city centre in less than 15 minutes.
There are several schools and kindergartens nearby, such as Tallinn Ühisgümnaasium and Planeedi Mudila kindergarten, which are just a few hundred metres from the front door.
The New World neighbourhood is also known for its strong community. On Koidu Street, the neighbourhood’s favourite meeting place is the Kohalik café, and every September the district’s people come together for the Uue Maailma street festival.
