Description
Rent 5-room bright rooftop apartment with panoramic views!
Situated between Tallinn Old Town and Kadriorg, this residential area in Sadama combines the convenience of the city centre with modern architecture.
BUILDING
In 2005, a seven-storey residential and commercial building in the shape of a Y was completed on Lootsi Street, commissioned by Lootsi Kinnisvara OÜ. Architect Hanno Grosschmidt. The building is architecturally interesting, with exciting building materials, plywood and printed balcony balustrades. The positioning of the building on the plot and the exterior are interesting and dynamic. The main designer is KMG Ehituse AS.
The apartment building on Lootsi Street in Tallinn’s harbour area was one of the first buildings to express a new lino thinking, setting the trend for bold and elegant solutions. The basic plan of the building is derived from the triangular plot, while at the same time avoiding an overly massive building volume. The form of the building exudes lightness and airiness, which is enhanced by the materials used for the façade: plant-printed glass and light plywood.
The staircase is located at the back of the building. There is a separate lift in the heart of the building. The front door of the building is locked and there is an intercom system.
PLANNING AND FINISHING

It is a modern, open-plan, light-filled home with an interior characterised by natural tones and materials.
The living areas have light oak parquet floors; bathrooms have ceramic tiles.
The windows and balcony doors are Scandinavian wood-aluminium windows.
