Description

Bright 3-room house for rent in Adila residential area, Kohila parish, just 30 minutes from Tallinn. It is a cosy but modern home, ideal for a family with children.

PLANNING

The newly built Scandinavian-style single-family wooden house has a total area of 57.8 square metres. The house is located on a plot in the Pühali Good Life Centre.

The entrance hall, with built-in cupboard, leads to a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. From the living room there is access to all bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, both furnished. The bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe and 2 single beds.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The interiors are modern and of high quality. The living areas have oak parquet flooring, light walls and floor-to-ceiling wooden triple-glazed windows in the living room.

FURNISHING

The house is rented fully furnished.

The kitchen is a dream of every housewife, bright and furnished with high quality furniture and appliances (IKEA 2 boost induction hob, NeoFrost integrated fridge, Electrolux dishwasher). When you work in an open kitchen, you’re not cut off from the rest of the family or guests. From the living room you have access to a truly spacious south-facing terrace (13 square metres).

HEATING, ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND VENTILATION

The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating, with the added efficiency of a thermally controlled ventilation system, which keeps running costs very low.

PARKING AND STORAGE

There is a parking space for 3 cars in the parking lot in front of the house.

SURROUNDINGS

The village of Pihali has a number of amenities conducive to sporting activities. A basketball court, tennis court, paddle court, beach volleyball – all of these are less than 200m from your new residence. Near the house also is a children’s playground and adventure trail.

A kindergarten and school, a Coop grocery store, Omniva and DPD parcel machines are all within 10km of Kohila. There is an active and well-functioning community centre where you can take part in various exercise classes. There are also a number of cultural and craft associations, clubs and societies.

Most of Kohila’s shops are located on Vabaduse Street. There are many parks in Kohila. The former Kohila water mill, which now houses a bar, is also worth a visit. Kohila has a local health centre, an ambulance (Pärnu Hospital SA Kohila Ambulance), a fire brigade (Raplamaa Rescue Service Kohila Support Command) and a police station (West Police Prefecture Rapla Police Station Kohila).

The village of Pihali is less than 30 minutes from Tallinn, and nearby Kohila has excellent transport connections to the city (train, bus, shuttle taxi). Pihali village is a safe and peaceful place for families with children or for people who like the forest and country air and a private living environment, but also a sense of community. Apart from the country air of Pihali and the beautiful nature, there is everything else you need for life. Nearby Kohila has two kindergartens and two schools – Kohila Gymnasium and Kohila Manor School.

The rent is 900 € + community management fee.

This fee covers the cost of maintaining and managing the common areas, for example:

use of sports fields (free time)
use of adventure trail
use of children’s playground
maintenance of gardens (lawn mowing, watering)
maintenance of roads (snow clearing)
guarding of territory

If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a suitable time to visit your new home.
