The Veerenni 15 apartment building was completed in 2008 in cooperation with YIT Construction, and the designers were architects Irina Raud and Ain Kalberg from the architectural firm R-Konsult.

The exterior walls retain heat even during the coldest winter months.

The building has an elevator and an intercom system, and the front door is locked.

The apartment is rented fully furnished.

The functional kitchen furniture includes high-quality Electrolux appliances: a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Falmec extractor hood, Russell Hobbs toaster and kettle.

In addition, the apartment has a Samsung washing machine, a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a Sony flat-screen TV.

The apartment has plenty of storage space and built-in wardrobes.

All items in the apartment are well maintained and in very good condition.

PARKING

The apartment comes with a parking space in the enclosed courtyard behind the building (gate opens with a remote control), which can also be seen from the apartment windows. An underground garage space can also be rented for an additional fee.

HEATING AND UTILITY COSTS

The apartment building is heated by central heating. The C-energy class building has an active and smartly managed cooperative and reasonable additional costs. Electricity meters and cold and hot water meters can be read remotely.

Utility costs average €120 per month in summer and €250 per month in winter.

SURROUNDINGS

The historic Veerenni quarter is a highly sought-after place to live.

Veerenni Street is in a great location for transportation. Everything you need for daily life is within easy reach, even without a car. Near the building is Kodu Park, where you can walk with your children, the Kalevi basketball and athletics hall, and several restaurants on Veerenni Street (Baltika Quarter). The nearest grocery stores are Rimi on Tatari Street and Stockmann on Liivalaia Street.

The Karu Nuti daycare center and Päikesejänku kindergarten are 200 meters away, and Tallinn Ühisgümnaasium is 700 meters away.

You can get to the city center and other parts of Tallinn by taking one of four different buses from the Veerenni bus stop (50 meters from the house) or the Vineeri tram stop (500 meters away).
