The building has an active and smartly managed cooperative and reasonable additional costs: around €100 in the summer months and around €200 in the winter months.

Electricity meters and cold and hot water meters are remotely readable.

PARKING AND STORAGE

There are two parking areas for residents, one in the courtyard and the other at the front of the building.
