Description

The apartment is ready to move-in to from 01.11.2023

HOUSE

The Fahle House, designed by KOKO, is one of the most characteristic examples of architecture during Estonia’s recent economic boom. It was an architecturally airy object that is risky from the point of view of real estate development, controversial in terms of heritage protection and that has received wide public attention. Located on the road between the airport and the city center, next to one of the main entrances to Tallinn, Fahle House attracts the attention of every passer-by. The building is part of a former pulp and paper industry complex, the most prominent of which is a tall and massive limestone boiler designed by architect Erich Jacoby.

The condition of the house is very good, the rooms in public use are clean and kept, the front door is locked. The corridors of the house are easy to move around with a pram, as they are very spacious.

PLANNING AND INTERIOR FINISHING

The apartment is perfect for one or two people. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the house, which is the last floor of this part of the house. So you shouldn’t be afraid of trampling neighbors.

The interior of the apartment is decorated in light and brown tones. The appearance of the apartment forms a cozy whole and creates a soothing mood. Decorative shelves and pictures have been used as decorative details. There are black details to add contrast and yellow chairs add some spark.

Entering the apartment, the view is over the kitchen-living room. Right next to the entrance is a spacious wardrobe with mirrors, which can hold outerwear and shoes. The kitchen-living room is extremely spacious due to high ceilings and a large window area.

The kitchen has everything you need to have in one good kitchen. In addition, there are many lockers and drawers, so all the necessary items can be hidden from view. In the living room you can spend time on the stylish corner sofa. The whole room is very bright thanks to the large windows, which also have access to the terrace.

The terrace is large and furnished and opens onto the sunny side. It is an ideal place to relax or spend time with loved ones. This apartment is definitely one of the main bonuses, because it is not very easy to find sun terraces in the city center.

From the living room, a glass staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a relaxation area and a sleeping area. The mezzanine has high enough ceilings that even a taller person can move straight there. The private sleeping space creates a cozy atmosphere and is quite dark despite the large windows. Evening book reading is made possible by a light that can be turned on and off while lying in bed.

On the same level as the living room, there is a separate room with a ceiling window that lets in the natural light. The room can be used as a wardrobe and as an office. There is plenty of storage space and a work desk. The room is walk-through and has access to the bathroom.

The bathroom has a fairly spacious layout. The bathroom has a sink with a cupboard, a mirror, shelves, a toilet and a shower. An added value is the electrically heated sauna, which offers pleasant relaxation at the end of a hard week’s work.

FURNISHINGS

The apartment furnished and all items are in good condition.

High-quality kitchen appliances from Electrolux and AEG are integrated into the functional kitchen furniture. Appliances include a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, extractor and a dishwasher. In the bathroom there’s a washer-dryer.

UTILITIES

There is an active apartment association in the house. The heating of the apartment is based on district heating and the radiators are adjustable.

PARKING

It is also possible to park in the parking lot in front of the house according to the registered number plate. Guests can park in the nearby paid parking areas or in the Prisma car park across the road free for up to 3 hours.

SURROUNDINGS

As the apartment is located in the city center, everything you need for life can be reached in just a few minutes. The city center and all major entertainment and shopping centers are just a 5-minute walk away.

Logistic location one of the best in Tallinn. Fahle House is located on the edge of the city center, next to one of the most important entrances to Tallinn, on the way from the airport to the city center. In the immediate vicinity of Fahle House there are grocery stores and large shopping malls such as Sikupilli Center, Ülemiste Center and T1 Shopping Center, which offer shopping, sports and entertainment opportunities. The Fahle Quarter, which is also growing and renewing, will enrich your senses with fresh morning coffee, a French lunch and a delicious dinner at an Argentinian restaurant.

In addition, the Fahle house is close to various public transport stops (city bus, train, tram) and the bus and airport. If you live in a Fahle house, it is not a problem to forget the documents when you go home, because the drive home and back does not take more than ten minutes.

Upon concluding the contract, the following must be paid: the first month’s rent as an advance payment, a deposit and a brokerage fee.
