HOONE
Kaarli pst 8 is a stone building built in 2004, which also has a very active apartment association.This elegant but modest apartment building, located directly opposite Kaarli Church, was designed by Jüri Okas and Marika Lõoke. 8-storey building has 92 apartments. The street-facing apartments have glass-covered balconies to help reduce noise from the street.
