THE HOUSE

The new homes in the Kopli Lines development are characterised by modern and functional layouts and energy-efficient, sustainable apartments. PARKING

LOCATION

The house is located by the sea at the top of the Kopli peninsula. The wonderfully quiet beach is just 200 metres away. The beach promenade has various attractions such as playgrounds, recreation areas, and in the future volleyball and basketball courts and training areas.

The apartment is 15 minutes by car from the city centre. The tram takes you to the city from Sepa stop (300 m). The bus number 73 to the Kopli lines stops 100m from the house. Bus 73 runs through the city centre to Veerenn.
The nearest shop (Sirbi shop) is 750 m away, while the pharmacy and Maxima shop are 1.1 km away.
The nearest school (Tallinn Art Gymnasium) is 800 m away, kindergarten 1 km. The Estonian Maritime Academy is 600 m away. There are also a few places to eat (Barbarea restaurant, Café Karjase sai, VLND Burger).
Entertainment is provided by the Põhjala factory on the other side of the peninsula. There you can go to cafés, concerts and festivals. There are clear parallels with the Telliskivi Creative City.
The large and natural Birch Park nearby has been restored by the city. The park has sports tracks, playgrounds, a skate park, dog walking areas, and a lot of nature has been preserved.
Kopli Liinid is an idyllic seaside village in the middle of the city. The beach promenade, which opens out onto the sea, is set to become probably the most popular meeting place in the city.
