FURNISHING

The kitchen, co-designed by Liveni and PIN Architects, is in harmony with the interior architecture of the entire apartment.

High-quality kitchen appliances are integrated into the functional kitchen furniture: an AEG induction hob, a Bosch oven, an air cleaner, a Bosch dishwasher and an Electrolux fridge-freezer.

The living room and kitchen are accentuated by tastefully selected furniture. The bedrooms and the hallway have spacious wardrobes. As an added value, the apartment also has an LG washing machine.

HEATING

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout, and the temperature in all rooms can be regulated separately from each room with a touch-sensitive thermostat.

The apartment building has an A energy rating, which ensures low utility costs. There are also solar panels on the roof of the house, which allow you to save on heating costs.

The building has an active and well-managed association and reasonable utility costs.

PARKING AND BIKE SPACE

In New Zealand, cars sleep in an underground car park, where there is a dedicated parking space for the apartment. There is also a bicycle storage room under each house.

SURROUNDINGS

One of the biggest jewels of the neighbourhood is the well-maintained Stroom beach, a stone’s throw away.
