PLANNING AND INTERIOR DESIGN
Uus-Meremaa spacious homes with 3-meter ceilings are designed by interior designer Katrin Kaevets.
The 46.3 m2 heated apartment on the fourth floor of the building consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, hall and toilet/bathroom. One of the apartment’s greatest added values is the balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. The balcony has an area of 12.9 m2.

The living areas have natural wood parquet floors; the bathroom floor and walls are covered with ceramic tiles.
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
The kitchen, co-designed by Liveni and PIN Architects, is in harmony with the interior architecture of the entire apartment. The kitchen’s tones and materials have been chosen to match perfectly with the parquet flooring.
The kitchen is equipped with high quality Electrolux and AEG appliances, which are particularly functional and reliable. For example, the oven’s pyrolytic cleaning saves you time, while the 700 Series SenseCook® oven with food sensor and LCD display lets you monitor the internal temperature of your food. It lets you know when the food is ready and turns off the cooking.
The integrated fridge is ice-free, with LED light technology allowing you to see into every corner of the cabinet. The dishwasher’s 600 SatelliteClean® technology allows you to rinse dishes with water almost three times better than a conventional sprayer.
The washrooms are fitted with Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ceramics and fittings, and Balteco shower areas with glass wall and shower trap. As an added value, the apartments have a Balteco mirror with LED lighting.
HEATING AND UTILITIES
The building is energy class A and has district heating. The roofs of the houses have solar panels. The building has an active and smartly managed cooperative and reasonable utility costs.

LOCATION
