THE HOUSE

INTERIOR DESIGN

The apartment on the 4th floor has a total surface of 56.5 m² and is modern, open-plan and bright. The interior design of the Skyline Residence was created by the renowned Swiss company Spacewise. The interior takes into account the particular location and position of the towers, combining quality, urbanity and naturalness.

Natural oak parquet floors. The walls and floors of the bathroom and the toilets are covered with ceramic tiles. The exterior door of the apartment is veneered and the windows are triple-glazed German-type wooden windows.

The balconies of the apartment building are tiled and the sides and the front are safely glazed. Thanks to the glazed balconies, this part of the apartment can be used all year round and is safe for the smallest members of the family.

FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

The apartment is rented with all furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

The bedroom pictures do not include bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers, which will be installed before the apartment is handed over to the tenant.

The functional kitchen furniture is fitted with high quality Electolux appliances: induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and microwave.

The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and dining room are finished off with user-friendly design furniture.
