HOUSE

The terraced house complex, designed by the architectural office Eek and Mutso and built in 2015, is located on a plot of 18 000 m² of land with high vegetation. The terraced houses are built of stone blocks and surrounded by a garden. The houses are built of concrete panels and have profiled sheet roofs, wooden doors and wooden windows. LAYOUT AND FINISHES

INTERIOR

The terraced house is rented furnished – it has all the necessary furnishings, fixtures and fittings. The functional kitchen furniture is integrated with high quality kitchen appliances. In the bathroom there is an Electrolux washer/dryer. In the hallway there are spacious built-in wardrobes. A TV is also available for the tenant’s use.

HEATING, VENTILATION AND UTILITIES

The heating system is based on the central heating system of AS Tallinna Küte, each box has an autonomous heat exchanger. On the ground floor and in the damp rooms there is underfloor water heating, in the rooms on the second floor there are radiators. In addition, each box is equipped with an autonomous forced ventilation system with effective heat adjustment.

Utility costs are reasonable – an average of €270 in summer and €360 in winter. The energy class of the house is B.

PARKING AND STORAGE ROOM

There are under-roof parking spaces for 2 cars in front of the building, plus guest parking spaces in the courtyard car park and on the street. The terraced house also has a 3,6 m² storage room.

LOCATION

Veerenni is located right on the edge of the city centre, but far enough away from major streets and traffic. Here you can hear birdsong from the window, not the traffic noise of passing cars.

Tatar Rimi is just a 10-minute walk away, Stockmann and Solaris department stores, Vabaduse Square and the Old Town are within a 20-minute walk. There are several good schools and kindergartens nearby (Päikesejänku on quiet Invalid Street and Sipsik kindergarten on Süda Street). The nearest bus stops are on Veerenni, Juhkental and Liivalaia streets.
