THE HOUSE
The 4-storey apartment building Räägu 14 was completed in 2006 in the safe and cosy neighbourhood of the beautifully green Löwenruh Nature Park in Kristiine. The building was built by the prestigious Merko Ehitus, with Erki Ristoja as architect.

The building has an active and well-managed cooperative and reasonable utility costs. In the summer period the costs until now have been up to 120€ and in the winter period up to 180€. The building is heated by gas heating. In the bathroom of the apartment, there is an adjustable underfloor heating for a more even heat distribution.
PARKING AND STORAGE
The apartment comes with a parking space in front of the house in the closed yard and a large storage room on the first floor.
