The bathrooms are fitted with Duravit Me by Starck sanitary ware. Saba sofas in the living rooms and cinema room.

The bedrooms have custom built-in large wardrobes.

SAUNA AND POOL

There is a small sauna hall and a shower room in the sauna house with electric heating. The front of the sauna room is covered by a glass wall, which also offers a wonderful view of the sea.

The temperature of the outdoor pool can be kept at 28 degrees Celsius and the jacuzzi at 40 degrees Celsius all year round.

HEATING, COOLING, AIR CONDITIONING AND SOLAR PANELS.

The house is equipped with a geothermal ground heating system connected to underfloor heating and air conditioning. There is also passive cooling in the house. These are controlled by an air conditioning system.

The existing 32 KW solar panels produce more energy in summer and spring than the house consumes.
