THE HOUSE

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary furniture, lighting and technical equipment. AEG dishwasher, induction hob and oven, air cleaner and fridge with freezer. The apartment also includes an espresso machine.

In the spacious living room there are 2 sofas and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a washer-dryer. In the living room there is a spacious wardrobe with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and sliding doors. The bedrooms have fully blackout curtains.

The master bedroom has a 1.80 cm wide comfortable Marriott hotel bed, two walnut nightstands and a 2-piece wardrobe.

In the study, in addition to the walnut desk, there is a 2-piece taller wardrobe (similar to the bedroom wardrobe) and a sofa that can also be used as an extra bed by lowering the backrest.

A TV is also available for the tenant’s use.

HEATING AND UTILITIES

The apartment has central heating through underfloor heating. The temperature in each room can be adjusted separately. The apartment has on-site controlled ventilation with heat adjustment. There is a video phone on the wall of the hallway, which can be used to open the front door.

The building is energy class B, with an active and smartly managed association and reasonable utility costs. Electricity meters and cold and hot water meters are remote readable.

PARKING AND STORAGE

The apartment comes with a parking space and a large storage room in a warm underground garage.
