THE BUILDING

The house is located in Maakri, one of the most expensive residential areas in Tallinn.
Tartu mnt 16 was built in 1994. The building has 11 floors.
The apartment building is special not only because of its magnificent view, but also because of the many facilities that favour an urban lifestyle.
The front door of the building is locked and equipped with a padlock. The building has an elevator. The staircases are clean and spacious.

LAYOUT AND FINISHES

The studio apartment has an open-plan kitchen area with everything you need, a double bed, a desk with an office chair, a sofa, a sofa table, an armchair and a TV.
The kitchen furniture includes an integrated Electrolux dishwasher, ceramic hob, Elica extractor hood and fridge-freezer. There is also an Electrolux kettle, a Lavazza coffee machine and a Fagor microwave.
The windows have blackout curtains to allow a peaceful night’s sleep in daylight.
There is a wardrobe with a mirror in the living room for storing clothes.
In addition to the existing sanitary ware, the bathroom has an Electrolux washing machine.

HEATING AND UTILITIES

The building has gas central heating and an adjustable electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Utility costs are up to €150 in summer and up to €200 in winter.

PARKING AND STORAGE

There are also several paid car parks under the building and in the surrounding area if you need temporary parking for guests, for example.

SURROUNDINGS

Across the road is Stockmann department store, nearby is Viru Keskus, Tallinn department store and all major grocery stores – Stockmann, Kaubamaja, Mini-Rimi, Solaris Delice, Maxima X. There are also many other shops and supermarkets.
