HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIRCON
The apartment is heated on the basis of central heating. Through the smart house solution, you can control the heating, ventilation and cooling of each room. The solution also transmits the picture and sound of the door’s phono system, and you can monitor the electricity, cold and hot water. Electricity and water readings are automatically transmitted to the building manager. Everything can be controlled and monitored from the monitor inside the apartment or via the Internet.
