With over a decade in real estate, my work has evolved beyond brokerage into a lifestyle rooted in trust, movement, and global vision.
Today, I operate at the intersection of real estate, capital, and strategy. I work with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investment groups to facilitate access to off-market projects across Estonia, Portugal, Spain, and Dubai.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of Estonia’s most respected developers and business leaders. These long-standing relationships have shaped my philosophy: to move with intention, build quietly, and connect people to opportunity.
WHAT BROUGHT ME TO REAL ESTATE?
It started with a sense of home. Home is the heart of life – linked to family, love, stability, and legacy. Today, that same emotional root drives the work I do internationally – whether structuring large-scale development capital or guiding a client into their first private acquisition.
WHAT INSPIRES ME?
Real estate is about transformation. Every deal – whether it’s a family home or a €40M capital raise—represents someone’s next step. What inspires me is the quiet power of helping people move toward a more expansive life, both financially and personally.
MOST MEMORABLE PROJECT SO FAR?
The sale of a remarkable coastal estate in Lohusalu – with its own private island and over 10 hectares of untouched nature – remains one of my favorite projects. It embodied everything I value in real estate: privacy, legacy, and emotional resonance.
