I study property management and bring a systematic approach to practice, helping both owners and buyers make calm, well-considered decisions.

Focus: Tallinn and Harju County.
I assist both private clients and investors – from property positioning to finalizing the transaction.
In valuation, I support decisions with data and market comparisons; in management, I streamline processes and costs.

HOW DID I GET INTO REAL ESTATE?

I grew up surrounded by property maintenance – my family ran a cleaning business.
That’s where I learned that a well-maintained environment creates both security and value.
I’ve always wanted to help people; in real estate, that means preserving and improving property, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable and at ease.
