There is paid parking in the courtyard of the apartment. Tenants can rent a parking space in the yard for 50€ per month.

The apartment building is logistically ideally located – just a short walk from the city centre, close to public transport and easy access from surrounding streets.

The nearest grocery store is Stockmann. The Viru Centre, Coca-Cola Plaza and the Solaris Centre are also a short walk away.

Tallinn’s 21st school, Kadriorg German Gymnasium and Tallinn Mard kindergarten are nearby.

The nearest public transport stop is the Paver tram stop, a few minutes’ walk away, which provides easy access to the city centre.
